Bald Lady Gaga Performs "Hair"

just a disaster :S
first a scandalously ridiculous wig (even Katy Perry wore it 1000times better...in years ago)
after her "gaga" dress, she said countries and talked about a CITY!
and now BOLDIE performance... what else????
