Calling all vintage junkies! Pop star Lily Allen and sister Sarah Owen are opening a vintage store in London's West End. Following her luck in her designs for New Look, and of course, well known as a singer Lily is making her mark in the fashion world with their store called 'Lucy In Disguise.' The store is set to open this September in a quiet street behind London's infamous Oxford Circus - a perfect location for a vintage boutique.
